Our dynamic Sales Management Team has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to direct, manage and lead dealer base and distribution partners within Canada and a Northern U.S Territory. Position will be based in Cypress, CA facility.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead independent sales representatives and regional distribution partners.
  • Develop and maintain monthly and yearly sales forecast for territory and key accounts.
  • Expand, grow, and sustain strong relationship with key retailers and distributors.
  • Identify sales trends, create marketing promotions, manage inventory, and report competitor direction.
  • Oversee retail accounts, marketing funds and customer service for region.
  • Travel with sales representatives and attend trade and consumer shows.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

Education and/or Experience

Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MD Navision and Microsoft Office. Proficient in MS Office: Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Experienced within Excel utilizing pivot tables, vertical lookups, basic formulas, and data-based concepts.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
